Good location, walking distance to Lee Garden, restaurants, cafes and 7 Elevens, ample parking spaces, room is spacious,clean and does not need to bring travel adapters, room is at reasonable price and they provide good customer service.
Located 10mins walk to shopping street. Clean hotel n room. Smiling reception. Helpful staff whom can converse in English. Free shaded parking. Water heating not stable...couldn't maintain at adjusted temperature. Sound proofing not good. Had to complain on other noisy tenants after midnight. Toilet bowl needs bleaching...yellow stained.
Staffs are alright. But didn’t mention about the charged bottles of drinking water in the room.. Though it is cheap but that is just one of basic info reservations should highlight upon check-in. Interiors are abit old. The only good thing is that there is a security guard at the carpark which is one of the priorities if u are a rider and riding your own motorbike.

When we arrived at hotel, clarify the rooms status (booked linking room). Receptionist told will arrange as per booked but need wait room cleaning (2 hrs). After we returned to hotel, found room type request was not available; given out to others 😑

As per attached foto, yellow stain on toilet bowl. Bathing area too narrow until the curtain kept stick on your body when bath

- not bad with big movement spaces; comfort bed & pillow
- poor soundproof; you will listen water flushing, walking, people talking topic, tv programme sound clearly in the midnight time 😴

I got charged for a towel $500 (initally my tour guide told me was 800 baht because I stained the towel (faded colour) with my hair. Why charge for a towel which they could bleach it? No kettle in the room and I found it difficult and have to go down to the lobby to make coffee. Hot water flask will be provided upon request. I could hear noise from the next room, only one key provided and I have to go out with my room-mate together.
We would never wish to stay here again for sure.
