Their famous dish here is the pork knuckles. So how many ppl can finish this dish？ Let say you have 7 Malaysians "standard size" with 2 main meat eaters, 8 dishes shouldn't be a problem including this pork knuckles. With 2 bottles of beer.
I heard from our tour guide that the pork knuckles were firstly oven cooked about 80% done, then sundried to dry the skin OR if there is no sun, a fan was used to dry the skin, then deep fried to 100% done upon order. That is why the meat is succulent inside while crispy outside. Yum... interesting way to cook.
