Spent 2 nights, Considering the price i should say it`s acceptable service level, The food was unexpectedly delicious, The staff are courteous and alerted, The tranquility of the room is not bad, the pool looked small, however, if you try it you`ll feel it`s cozy, the hotel is not far of the city shopping area, furthermore, the hotel provides a comfortable shuttle service, What you really should take care of are mosquitoes, they`re a lot, if you don`t bring anti mosquito body spray you`ll truly suffer

The hotel is only few minutes away from city center by car.
My friend and I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon.
We booked a Premier Room (with pool access) at the hotel through Booking.com.

First mistake, they assigned our room Deluxe Room instead of Premier Room.
After insisted that we booked Premier Room they rechecked and found out they reserved wrong room for us.
I gave them my ID card and credit card for check in and we calmly waited for them to solve the room problem.

Second mistake, staff nearly led us to the wrong room upstairs while our room is actually on the first floor. The luggage, however, were delivered to the wrong room.

Third mistake, The room was not clean enough, telephone was covered with dust, as well as some other things in the room. Water in the vase was dirty and the decoration plant looked as if it was put in the vase unwillingly. The sofa next to the pool were dirty.

Fourth mistake, I didn't get my ID card and credit card back even we waited for more than 5 minutes at the front desk to let them find the right room for us when we checked in. Also, they didn't bother to call us at the room to go get the cards back. We rested in the room for nearly 2 hours and went out around 7pm to have dinner and then found out that the credit card was missing when we wanted to settle the bill.

The breakfast here was provided in small line and not many food to choose.
The food taste was acceptable.
The Wifi signal was very bad.
I could say that a few things I was happy about was the pool access from room, the bluetooth speaker provided in the room so I could listen to music from my mobile phone more clearly.

Overall experience: this seemed like an ok budget hotel for me. Staff were friendly but not professional enough.

Room tip: If you prefer to have afternoon nap or wake up late in the morning, Premier Room on the first floor is not recommended.

I stayed there for 2 nights and satisfied with staff services. Checked in was smooth with he help of porter who offered the help with luggage and escort us to the room.

The room we booked is deluxe room which located on 3rd floor. The room itself is quite big and has all amenity you may need. I also request an iron with board and they immediately sent them to our room to use for the whole period of stay.

The breakfast choice was limited but have enough items to get you full if not picky. The hotel is near the shopping mall and Venezia Hua Hin. Also you will get a special discount if book the water park ticket with them.

Recommended hotel for a passer by for a couple night ! But don't request any honeymoon benefit or expect them to set it up with flowers. It's the only requests that was ignored during my stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel on a very last minute. The photos and recent reviews were quite nice and acceptable. No one to blame as it was my own decision but I cannot just leave it without sharing with other travellers. This hotel is located at the very beginning of HuaHin next to Anantara Resort. A very small hotel with 54 rooms, most of the rooms can see the pool except ours which was room 203. It used to be Best Western Hotel in 2014. We checked in 2 days ago, late Friday evening. There were 3 of us and requested an extra bed. Room size wasn't too bad but the bathroom was very small with half was partitioned for shower area. Toiletries was limited and no lotion provided. When bathroom door was open you could no longer stand comfortably in it. It was Thai style wooden door where you open and close in the middle. There was sliding door closet which also cover the fridge and wash basin, not sure why it should be there the basin as there was no area to cook anyway. Drainage smell when you turned the tap water on, extremely unpleasant. There was tea and coffee provided in room but coffee glass was all dirty. We were told WiFi in room was the best, it wasn't really. Every time I turned the phone off, I had to re-enter login again and again. The only nice thing about the room was large balcony. I was upset with the extra bed provided as the mattress sunk in the middle and too soft, my first night sleep went horrible. Next morning we woke up and found ourselves having one of the worst breakfast in our life. Selection was extremely limited, all items were cold, no food I could call tasty. There were a few Thai dishes, steam rice, boiled rice, basis toast, cheap jams, cold fried egg, lousy sausages and ham, water, full fat milk and fake orange juices. Some cornflakes and coco crunch and wilt salad including Lipton hot tea and hours old black coffee, water melon, cantaloupe and pineapple, that's about it! Everywhere around the pool area was dirty and swimming pool was full of dead leafs. This hotel has no access to the beach at all. I couldn't believe it was rated 4 star property. Avoid staying here especially during weekend as surcharge was extreme. They do have shuttle bus services to town center and few other shopping areas though. Regardless I will not return, once was enough!
