What a great hotel! The colonial theme is engaging. Our room was great, breakfast very adequate in a divine dining room and the gardens are magnificent and so extensive. Service around the pool was very much at odds with our general experience for the following reasons:

* The staff do not smile. They appear grumpy and disengaged
* The staff responsible for arrival of guests and seat set up hide away in a hut under a tree. Towels left by guests are just left. Typically i would leave the pool at 1300 and return at 1700. Always, my lounges would be as left.
* The waiting staff are under resourced. I could not detect any service at all prior to 11am. After that there seemed to be a solitary lady who slouched around grimly trying to avoid guests as best as possible.
* Watermelon was brought around during the day. No skewer, no napkin just handed over dripping staff fingers to guests hands. Disgusting!

Poor pool attendants cruel an otherwise delightful experience.

Recently stayed at the Hua Hin Centarra Grand resort for the third time and I must say from check in to checkout this resort on the beach and close to towns provided a perfect holiday location.
Rooms very good with great facilities , breakfast daily to die for and a great choice of eateries within the hotel.

We have just returned from another visit to the Centara Hotel Hua Hin

Once again the hotel was fantastic the staff as always couldn’t do enough for us.

Our party was 3 adults in a premium deluxe room the room was everything we have to expect from the Hotel.

Every single employee is a credit to the company from the guys with the sun beds to the lady who cleaned our room.

The restaurant staff and the hotel management all made us all feel we were part of one big family and made the holiday a time to remember.
