Just got home from a week stay at Baan Heaven and it was fantastic!
From the second you arrive to the last minute your there Ric and all his staff can't do enough for you and every detail is looked after.
If you are first timers in Phuket like we were Ric sits you down and answers all your questions letting you know the things to do and not to do and he also explains what you should be paying for various items such as tuk tuks (taxis), clothes, food etc.
The house is 5 separate rooms, all have their own bathrooms and the staff clean it everyday to perfection.
It is a gentle 15 minutes (all downhill) walk to Patong beach and a 200 bhat (about $6) tuk tuk ride back and there is 2 basically 7 eleven shops inside 200 metres from the house where you can get nearly everything you need, including alcohol, and the prices are more than reasonable.
There is an outdoor communal area outside where everyone can sit around watching T.V and sunbake.
The pool area is great and the kids loved it, there is a spa and it is kept clean everyday and its great to sit around and have a swim and a drink at night after a full days activity in Phuket.
I know this is a big review but I cannot say enough about Ric, his staff and Baan Heaven... Do not hesitate in booking a stay here because you won't be disappointed at all... just go ahead and book the villa because we know 100% we will be back!

Can't thank Ric and his staff enough - we had an awesome holiday as a family group , at this beautiful villa . The rooms were spotless , thanks to Nong and the boys as was the pool and outside areas . Nothing was too much trouble , help and advice offered readily . Would certainly recommend this villa , also because it was that little bit out of town away from. noise etc . Thanks again ric . Hopefully see you again in the future .

This was my second stay in patong and my second stay in baan heaven. Last year I went with my family and the extended crew of boyfriends/girlfriends and had an absolutely amazing time. When my friends and I were planning a 2 weeks trip to patong this year I couldn't think of a better place to recommend than baan heaven. Apart from the allure of the super accommodating and friendly owner Ric and his staff (noong is a gem) - sorry if I spelt it wrong noong :) the villa is a mansion with 5 rooms equalling any hotel you could hope to stay in and beautiful lounge and pool areas. Gardens and plants in every direction and a true oasis only a 1 minute tuktuk from central patong and bangla road. You feel so relaxed and enter another world when in the villa and easily forget the fast pace of the close by patong. Ric will do anything to look after you from dropping by for a chat with some awesome stories to organizing the massage and manicure at the villa for your girlfriend on your anniversary (cheers Ric) and recommending good beaches and restaurants to go to. I would recommend Baan Heaven to anyone looking for a bit of comfort when you need a well earned break from bangla road. We will be back again ... And can't wait to see the infinity pool in a few years :)
