this is a very cheap hotel. it was clean, the rooms were comfortable with good internet. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. the hotel was centrally located to do all the sightseeing. The only small problem was that noone spoke English so ordering a taxi or asking a question, was not possible. For £20 per night, you really cannot ask more. Would definitely recommend it for a budget traveller.

A conveniently located and comfortable hotel. Can't find better for the price. The breakfast was simple, and coffee was good, exactly as expected. The staff was very helpful, and helped arrange a vehicle to take us to the national park and ultimately to hua hin.

Helpful and smiling staff doing what they can. Very central in regards of activities. Cheap place (950 bath for standard room) including non-exciting breakfast. Noisy in the night, had even room towards the back. Would not come back, but can complain in regards of price/ value ratio. Stay 1-2 nights maximum!

Slow but ok wifi

Stayed one night. Room comfortable and more than adequate. Had an excellent buffet breakfast. Can't fault it. Good room and a decent breakfast. What more do you want? I would definitely come back here again.

If I could give 5 stars I would. Technically the establishment doesn't qualify, yet certainly does in spirit. I was taken aback by the minute attention to decor details. While simple & understated, its warm, cozy & inviting.

The staff spoke adequate to intermediate English, and better schooled in hotel courtesy than what I experienced in my various stays at Biayoke Sky Tower. 4 reals.

Having sunrise breakfast & European quality coffee awhile listening to birds chirping as I gaze upon the summer palace...well worth the 800 baht price, breakfast was included in the price.

Shower has Excellent hot water with great pressure. Mold free & very clean. While there are unavoidable signs of the building's age, there were numerous more signs of careful maintenance.

Highly recommended by expat with 12 years straight of traveling in Asia.
