We arrived on the 25th dec and stayed till 3rd jan .. the hotel was far from all kinds of attractions in phuket ...every taxi charged us at least 800 bt per drop to patong ...its a very very basic hotel ..a little pool and a small gym ... theres a 7 eleven shop near ... and thats it ..no restaurants or cafes near the place ... we payed much for the transportation to each place we went to ... nothing for the kids in the hotel or around ... the morning buffet is very poooor ...u have to ask for the omelet from their kitchen ...they serve the same things everyday ...mainly asian which doesn't suit everyone ... and no room service after 5 !!! And no cafe at the hotel or any kind of foood can be sent to rooms ... we really starved ..although the reception guys were friendly and helpful but they barely know english ... regarding the cleaniness .. the hotel is clean ... but in our case the room that we had got a very bad smell .. it smelled all the time like swear .. we tried to tell them and the only thing that they did is bringing a small freshener in the toilet .. though the smell was all over the room ... we asked for any other rooms ... as we requested a connected room .. but as they said the hotel was full ...and we didnt get a nice room view although we booked in a very early time and we sent them many emails to confirm the connection issue and the nice view .. so it was a really unpleasant experience ... as we were away from everything and the kids had nothing at all to do

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was extremely clean, they have a nice pool, very quiet, and the staff are extremely nice. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room on the 2nd floor. When we realized that the view was mainly the pool, they let us move to the 4th floor after the second night. Overall, we had a good experience, but for our next trip to Phuket I think we will stay in Karon or Kata beach.

Tips:
- Staff do not speak the best English, be prepared for a few miscommunications
- You may have to shell out extra money to take taxis to the main attractions (Grab is a great app)
- It is at least an hr from the airport
- Get to breakfast early because food runs out sometimes
- Not many vegetarian options at the hotel

Anybody who doesn’t love this place is having a meltdown. The pool and room is fantastic. Balcony for a romantic evening sipping on a glass of wine overlooking the pool and mountains to the beyond. The staff was fantastic , the manager goes out of her way to make sure your happy. Extremely clean. Many thanks to all the staff at the front desk.

The staff is nice and the room was alright.

Other than that, you’re looking at a pretty poor location, smelly room (like a mix between sewage and sea water), and non impressive breakfast. They don’t also tell you breakfast hours or the 5am prayer from the nearby mosque that is blasted on a loud speaker (loud is an understatement).

Booked for 3 nights and actually leaving after the first because it’s bad. The only redeeming quality was the polite and courteous staff.

Even for $70USD a night this place is not worth it. The room is beautiful, but the service and location were both subpar. The hotel is located in Rawai, but not within walking distance to the markets and nearby attractions. Shuttles to and from Rawai and Nai Harn are only available 3 times a day and sometimes do not even show up. We waited a half hour for the shuttle back from Rawai Beach that never came. We had to take a cab back and upon arrival were told the shuttle had just left 40 minutes after it was supposed to. There is a beach a 5 minute walk away, but it is not swimmable. The pool is nice but closes at 8pm. Breakfast was included and was open from 6-10am, but if you arrived around 9am you were left with scraps as the food was not replenished. I️ am honestly very disappointed after reading such glowing reviews.
