The property is located in Rawai, the south part of Phuket, about an hour from the airport.
Although it is not close to the beach, an excellent property , with a beautiful location, a nice view of the hills and the Big Buddha.
Nice rooms, a beautiful sit out and an excellent pool. The host, Brian, was excellent, he was there to receive us, a very warm and helpful person, made us feel very comfortable. Not only did he help out with pick up and drop from and to the airport, he took the additional trouble to help out with Car Rental (it was super , the car was delivered and the Villa and picked up from there).
He promptly attended to a few minute issues, and was just a phone call away. He stays very close by.
The villa has 4 double bed bedrooms and 1 single bed. 3 double bed on the floor level (2 with attached baths and an common bath) and 2 above (the double bed has an attached bath, the occupant of the single bed has to use the common bath on the ground level) . The sitting area is very comfortable and roomy.
The pool is excellent and the garden very soothing.
The kitchen is fully equipped, a maid comes in once a day to do the cleaning and washing of the utensils.
The wi-fi was superb.
Could not ask for more, all in all a super experience.
The villa was very clean and comfortable it has a fantastic pool and back yard, great to relax in after a big day out. On arrival there was milk, bread, eggs bottled water and a few other goodies to get us started. Brian the owner is very obliging and very easy to deal with, both before we arrived and during our stay. He organised for us to be picked up from the airport and we used these guys exclusively as their rates to get around were cheap without having to barter for a price. All in all a great experience with no complaints. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children.
This was our second trip to Rawai and it was really fantastic again. The villa has a fantastic outside area- we spent loads of time around the pool and BBQ'ing the evening. Brian (the owner) gave us great advise. Highly recommended.

The pool was lovely! As was the outdoor dining table and garden. The house is very good too - comfortable beds and good air con.
Brian (the owner) was there to greet us and had bought in a few supplies for us, which was a very nice touch when arriving with young children.
Beautiful view from the terrace up to the Big Buddah and of the mountains.
Loads of towels and excellent water pressure. Bathrooms were well set out - all with showers, no baths. All bedding was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were too.
The kitchen drawers were overflowing with equipment and could have done with re-organising, but apart from that it is a lovely home and very good value for money. A big electric gate makes you feel very secure at night - but the area is lovely and quiet and peaceful so there is no need to worry. Brian takes the electricity charge out of your deposit - so don't leave the air con on all day!
We stayed 5 nights with a group of friends and our 20 month old daughter. The villa was beautiful but by far the best bit was the outdoor space and the wonderful pool which we used for practically the whole holiday, regardless of weather. The owner Brian was very friendly and helpful with the boking and check in and was able to sort out an issue with some friends getting lost when they arrived late. The villa is well kept and a cleaner comes in each day. It has absolutely everything that you might need for your stay and is a very good size. Some of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms could do with a bit of updating but everything worked as it should and we had no problems. The beds were a bit hard, but that's just Asian beds!
The villa is a little way out and there is nothing in the immediate area to walk to, except the excellent Mexican restaurant at the bottom of the road, which means you need a car to get around. But a 5 min drive takes you to Rawai with the beaches, bars and restaurants. And closer to the villa there are loads of great places to eat, Tesco, 7-Elevens and a lovely German bakery.
We will definitely be returning in the future!
