“Relaxing home from home!”
Reviewed 6 July 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Well what can I say about this villa..

Kitchen/Living Room - Kitchen small but fully prepared with everything you would need to cook a good meal. Living room furniture well placed and comfortable. Good TV no channels but good for DVD's for quiet nights in.

First Floor - Lovely master bedroom with balcony and lots of wardrobe space. Small second bedroom but wardrobe space under the stairs on the first floor. Bathroom has the best shower ive ever had abroad and is very modern and spacious.

Roof Top - Our favourite part of the villa, lovely double sun lounger and handy bar with fridge. Amazing views over the bay!

Pool/Garden - Pool is huge for 2 and even for up to 4 people. Many smaller hotels have pools this size. Always clean and tidy. Sun all day round till 6pm! Gardens are lovely, lots of butterflys around the pretty flowers. Fresh limes on the lime tree's and shaded seating area. BBQ is a challenge but just set fire to the coals and keep it shut for up an hour and you will have the perfect cooking temp!

Local Area - Its a good twenty minute walk down hill into the harbour (for the less mobile or unfit persons a taxi back up the hill is a must). Cafe Vita is just around the corner good for a cheap and cheerful meal. Pasha bar is a must for a drink, they do the best cocktails in Kalkan! Many places to recommend for a good meal (Sade, Coast, Salt and Pepper, For a night out Mojito or the moonlight cruise with dinner from the harbour)

Beach - If you walk down hill from the villa the Kalkan Beach club is a 10 minute walk and they provide a free taxi back up the hill. They charge 10 lira per sunbed but it includes all the non motorised water sports (Sea Trampoline, Sea sunbathing platforms, pedalow, canoe etc) expensive for food and drink but a lovely day out! Great calm waters for swimming, snorkelling and diving!

I would recommend the villa and kalkan for a relaxed break. You can eat as cheap or expensive as you need too. The villa is perfect for quiet nights in or busy nights out. One of the best villa's in the area (it may not be a modern looking property but its classic turkish with all the modern/homely inside you'll need) Enjoy!

“Great facilities, private, relaxing, clean and would visit again”
Reviewed 18 December 2012 for a stay in October 2012

Super house located about 15 mins walk into Kalkan town centre, easy to manage even with young children and taxis back to the house cost less than a fiver and readily available. Kitchen was quite basic but this didnt bother us as there were fabulous restaurant reviews from previous residents in the house, which meant we could easily find somewhere to eat each night.
Pool was a little cool however it was the end of the season, however great size and the boys loved it! Roof terrace with day bed was also very relaxing particularly later in the day to catch the last rays of sunshine! Highly recommend and will be booking again for next year :-)

“Fantasic property, ideally located”
Reviewed 18 October 2012 for a stay in October 2012

Located in a quiet part of Kalkan, close to some good quality bars and restaurants, 10 min walk to the town centre. The villa is ideal for a couple or family. The villa is extremely well presented and a perfect base for a holiday in the lovely town of Kalkan. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of space to sun bath and pleasant shaded areas to relax. The villa and pool are are maintained to the highest standards.

“A beautiful villa with all you need for a relaxing tranquil break!”
Reviewed 27 September 2012 for a stay in September 2012

I stayed in this villa for 10 days with my boyfriend and we were thoroughly impressed with this property. We spent lovely relaxing days in the garden and by the pool followed by chilled out evenings on the roof terrace enjoying the amazing sunsets over the bay. We found the location of the villa perfect for us; a short walk down to Kalkan town centre to enjoy the shops and restaurants yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel truly relaxed and secluded. The villa also had a very well equipped kitchen which gave us the freedom to cook at home on the nights when we didn't venture out,

We found Kalkan itself to be a beautiful place full of friendly people. Food and drink is so cheap yet so tasty! There is plenty to see and do in the area and we did a few day trips which we thoroughly enjoyed and found to be very reasonably priced. The villa is not far from beach or the beach clubs in the area so you can either walk or get a very cheap taxi if your feeling lazy!

Overall I had a great holiday and hope to return at some point. The villa was everything we hoped for and more.

“A true family home in a fantastic setting, with a lovely private garden and pool.”
Reviewed 4 September 2012 for a stay in August 2012

Our first trip to Turkey and the accpomodation (and Turkish people) couldn't have been nicer. This villa is a genuine family home; comfortable, clean, lovely bathroom, spectacular roof terrace with a day bed and sun loungers to have a cold beer and watch the sun go down, and a quiet garden with pool (that is cleaned every day). Close to local cafe great value breakfast/brunch and supermarket for daily essentials (and cold beer)!
Booking was easy as were directions to the property and there is a good book of restaurant/facility reviews from other guests. There is a decent Weber BBQ if you don't fancy eating out and all the garden furniture is of good quality and comfortable (you could eat in one of 4 locations around the Villa if you wanted to).
Its easy to while away a few hours on the Turkish day bed in the lounge too if the heat gets too much (veeeeeeery comfy).
The local agents clean the pool area twice and day and are discreet and friendly. We'd certainly book to go back to Villa Ayisigi Bachesi againand we'd certainly recommend it as a family or couples holiday home.

Liked best: Watching the sun go down over the bay mountains, relaxed on the roof terrace with an ice cold beer.
Liked least: Teenage daughter would like a full length mirror so she can check how she looks before she goes out!
