Stayed two nights in this hotel during winter. People and staff here were very friendly and approachable. Our receptionist 'Umut' gave us a brief description of Cappadocia and what places to visit. Even went the extra mile to arrange for us a driver who took us all over town one whole day for a flat rate. Really enjoyed our time there. It was the best visit for us throughout our stay in Turkey.

the most amazing hotel ever i’ve been in my tour in cappadocia .the room was very comfortable and clean ,the employees was very nice and helpful,the breakfast was very variety and fresh .I recommend it to you all. you’ll enjoy it definitely.🧿🌷

It's a relatively new and very well designed hotel - made in the same design as the various cave hotels in Capadoccia. There is underfloor heating inside the rooms so rooms are at a very comfortable heat (even could be too warm sometimes). The rooms and toilets are also kept impeccably clean.
There is 24/7 reception which is very helpful when you need to check in at odd times and also when you need to organise yourself for a a balloon ride pick up or a tour pick up.
There is also a good breakfast spread provided every morning from 8-10am (which unfortunately isn't early enough if you are taking a balloon ride - which usually starts at 530am, however balloon ride companies tend to provide breakfast).
They have an amazing rooftop with carpets and a "fake" breakfast set up for all your phototaking needs. The staff were also very helpful in helping us take those iconic photos.

Henna is a relatively new hotel in the area and everything is well designed and brand new! The room was beautiful and spacious. Staff team was super helpful from reception to cafe areas. I had a good time watching a Turkish super lig game with the owner and was treated some local food and drinks :)
Last and most important, this is a relatively small and boutique family run hotel so you have the cozy feeling for wherever you go. There is a room that was built in the 19th century next to the cafe and it was purely stunning for any photo to be taken there.
The roof was perfect for ballon photo shooting and given the small number of rooms you never really to rush to take plenty of beautiful photos.

Salim and his team were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we landed in Goreme. They guided us through things to do and helped us book all our tours, the balloon ride being the toughest one to reserve ourselves. The hotel itself was amazing with the cave suite having so much character and the Rooftop cafe being the cherry on the top with perfect views of the valley to see all the hot air balloons. The hotel is located in a great spot , walking distance to the bust stop and all the best restaurants in Goreme. Would highly recommend Henna Konak for an extremely comfortable and memorable stay in Goreme.
