Just had our honeymoon here and what a fantastic time we had. So glad we choose this hotel for our special ccassion. Rooms are wonderful, such a cosy experience staying in a cave room. What really makes this hotel unique is all the staff working there, they are so pleasant and helpful with a smile on their face all day. A special mention to the hotel manager Mr Tugser, thank you so much for all your help. From taking our booking right up until our checkout. He will advise you where to eat, where to go. Basically anything you need, he's your man. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
Pathetic service.... Worst attitude I gave ever witnessed in istanbul... Hotel staff was not at all helpful... Breakfast was good bt the staff was really rude... They only know abt their benefit n business n not abt guests comfort

While visiting Istanbul, we decided to do a side trip to Cappadocia and found this Hotel at a fantastic price, excellent location and at street level (not up a steep hill as many others), with a good list of amenities. The Hotel is smack in the middle of Goreme, in the center of the Cappadocia region.
The Hotel staff was incredibly engaging and willing to help us with many things. They arranged transfers from/to the airport, offered to assist us in booking area activities, and provided us with clues as to places to eat and see.
A day before our arrival, the manager contacted me and informed me that the room we had reserved had been used by a person that tested positive for Covid. He provided us with options and even upgraded us to a suite because of the inconvenience. It was ok but not the room that we really wanted. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with great water pressure and plentiful hot water.
However, the friendliness and warmness of all the staff (management and kitchen), the generous and expansive Turkish breakfast and the can do attitude of everyone more than made up for the setback we had.
Our bedroom was carved into the hill, and it offered a first and unique experience for us. The room we used had no working AC, the heating worked perfectly and it had minor issues that need attention but did not take away from the fantastic experience. For many visitors the AC is not a problem because seems that visitors prefer a warm room but that was not the case with us. The Manager immediately got us a floor fan that we used to keep us comfortable.
The maid staff replaced towels and sheets every day (ironed bed linens which my wife loved! The kitchen staff worked passionately and hard to keep us safe while everyone enjoyed a superb selection for breakfast.
What made me rate it at a 5 was because of the people that run the Hotel. Top notch and amazing because we understand that they have faced many challenges and shortfalls due to the pandemic. However, that has not diminish they attitude towards visitors and their willingness to make everyone feel special and welcomed.
We loved everyone we met, from the reception and kitchen staff, and to the maids! We felt like family! Recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience in Cappadocia.
P.s. Make sure you tip the service personnel as recognition for their dedication and commitment.
A helpful recptionist was kind enough to divulge every single detail he knew regarding the attractions. Spacious and lovely rooms, close to the town centre, what more could you wish for?
A wonderful breakfast buffet to fill all your needs, complete with fresh pastries, hot sausages and local delicacies.
