Excellent service and hotel facility. We came in August and enjoyed every bit of our time in Cappadocia. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are amazing, the place is like from another world - make sure to book a cave room ( it is fantastic ).

Sultan Cave Suites
We have stayed at 3 hotels in Turkey, this one was by far the coolest and most memorable. Not only that, but each person I spoke to in the town, when I told them where I was staying, they were visibly impressed which tacitly stamps the Sultan Cave Suites as the nicest place to stay in the city.
The food was CRAZY good, both breakfast and dinner. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were well taken care of and looked after. Hands down, one of the coolest places I will ever have the joy to stay. We spoke with a British gentleman who came for one day and ended up staying for 8.
Treat yourself right, stay at the Sultan Cave Suites and book an extra day, you'll be happy you did (I'm writing this from Bodrum, a bit annoyed at how I shortchanged myself by only giving myself two days in Cappadocia, my wife and I both wish we had stayed an extra day at the Sultan Cave Suites).

After doing some research we decided to stay at Sultan Cave Suites hoping to enjoy their hospitality and amazing views of Goreme and the hot air balloons, it did not disappoint!
We stayed in the Pasha suite, big and spacious with a cute balcony and amazing views.
We hotel staff were lovely, attentive and helpful at all times. Always available to answer our queries.
One of the nights we had dinner at the Seten restaurant, the food was really nice.
Every morning they set up their beautiful and famous terrace with a lovely breakfast ready for the guests to enjoy the hot air balloon ‘show’ and take incredible pictures! Only hotel guests are allowed into the terrace at this time of the day, and even though there was quite a few people, it was easy to get amazing pictures. Usually people take turns, specially at the breakfast set, others just sit and enjoy the view.
There was also a hotel staff who was really lovely ( sorry I forgot the name), he offered to take photos of the guests, and let me tell you he is an amazing photographer!
There are also some little friends in the hotel terrace, so if you like dogs and cats, I’m sure you will come across some around.
It was an overall lovely stay and experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a stay there for 4 days, first of the view there is incredible! However for me the staff there is the real winner, super friendly. Every single time we would go in there lobby they bring us treats and te, while giving us reccomendations on what to do! Also helped me organize a surprise for my girlfiend which was very special 👌
The room was great, only thing was bed made to much noise lol, but besides that have no complains. There restarunt is so good, you will have breakfast but make sure you go for dinner there as well, superb .
Over all experience was incredible, I would highly recommend it and return there !

We had the great stay in Sultan Cave . All staff there are so kind and helpful. They had upgraded our room during our stay. Apart from the hotel room and nice staff, their restaurant Seten also provided delicious food there. We would definite recommend Sultan to my friends and people who were interested in visiting Cappadocia .
