The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to travel elsewhere in the city. The otogar is 2 mins walk and you have access to city metro trains as well as trains going to selcuk/denizli, etc. The rooms are comfortable, fairly spacious, clean and well equipped. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast spread. The staff are helpful and speak decent english. It is a good place to stay if you are on a business trip, although if its a leisure holiday you might want to try a more authentic bed and breakfast for turkish hospitality.
The hotel charged my credit card for the first night stay without any prior intimation. We had informed the hotel well in advance that we will be arriving at midnight. The booking stated that you have the option of paying at the hotel when you reach in local currency. Yet they offered no reasonable excuse for charging the card, stating only 'hotel policy'. They should make that perfectly clear at the time of booking. Also, hotel policy does not allow you to get any outside food...even a pack of chips!! I found this very strange..More
