The location of the villa is ok (we had kids and a push chair, so walking to the main road wasn't easy) but it's not a problem really. Aside from that, everything was fantastic - really couldn't have asked for more.

The villa owner was helpful and made sure anything we needed got sorted. She's also friendly and easy to communicate with.

The villa itself is splendid - clean, spacious, and with all the facilities listed working and in good condition.

We were a family of 8 (inc 2 kids and a baby) and it was ideal. This villa is ideal for any group up to 8 or 9 if with a baby.

Also price was very good. I would stay here again and would recommend it

Booked through trip advisor paid and talked to the owner of the villa, via trip advisor, I asked if he could arrange transfers from Dalaman airport, and yes he could, for £54.00 each way paid to the driver, I then asked how we got the key for the villa and this would be given to us from the driver, how do we find the minibus? The driver would hold up a sign with my name on it, also the owner said there would be a welcome pack at the villa waiting for us, was there anything special we wanted; this was milk, bread, eggs, etc. enough for eight people.
Villa Phoenix was way better close up than pictures on trip advisor web site, and very good value for money.
The villa had 4 large bedrooms one with on suite, and two bathrooms, one on ground floor and one on the first floor, the living room and kitchen and dining room were open plan and very modern with patio doors opening out to the pool (about 5ft deep no shallow end) and patio areas, living room had at least a 40 inch TV and dvd and Turkish Freeview set up (but no sky or wi fi, we used wi fi at local bars for free).
Kitchen had microwave , dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven ,fridge ,washing machine was under the stairs , air con was very new looking and all bedrooms and living room/dining room had one.
There was also under the stairs a wall safe we did not use this but I am sure if we wanted to the villa owner would of given us the pin code for it ,security was very good on all doors and windows you could lock security barred doors for going out and having good piece of mind while out .
Pool man came to clean patio and pool areas daily.
The sea front and bars were about 8 to 10 mins away, or if you wanted a taxi 200 meters away outside local shop (Melisa 2 market) there was a post with press button for taxi, we used this service one night and was very quick to respond and pick up and from this point to the beach bars was about 10TL per trip very reasonable, also some taxis would carry 7 people at a time.
On our first week the villa owner came to see if we were happy with the villa and had we any problems she was very nice and left us with a melon as a gift.
We stayed there for two weeks and our flights were cancelled and put back one day, we talked to the villa owner and she said that it would be fine to stay another night in the villa at no extra cost but the cleaner would be there at 10.00am the day of our leaving also the owner contacted the transfer taxi and re- arranged timings for us.
My main least likes are the showers are solar powered so a cold shower in the morning if you get up early like me, but by about 9.00am-10.00am they would not be too bad.

All in all very nice villa, high spec and value for money, great and helpful villa owners, great local sights beach and lots to do.
