We arrived on the 25 /09/17 for a 2 week stay, arrived late but check in way speedy, the room 2120 was in a great spot with pool view, very comfortable room. The hotel is very clean tidy and modern. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool.
This hotel is in a great position of Marmaris, not on the beach you do have to walk about 200 metres across some waste ground to get to it and there you do have to pay for drinks etc while on the beach. If you are buying clothing etc get it cheaper from the local shops rather than Marmaris Centre, you will get the same goods but cheaper.
We were all inclusive but ate out most nights as the restaurant was so packed and hectic with lots of rude guests, which assumed that the food was going to run out so had to have as much as possible then waste it, have to say the food we did eat was not that hot, breakfast was great nice fresh cooked eggs etc. The drinks at the bars are basic, do have the baileys that's nice.
The Cuba bar and restaurant which is part of the hotel was excellent nice and relaxing.
We didn't find the staff to be very friendly even when they weren't that busy they didn't go out of their way to smile or make you feel very welcome, Alison the Thompson Rep was brilliant always happy to help.
I know us brits have a bit of a reputation sometimes, but some certain nationalities had thrown glass into one of the pools, so this was closed for several hours, and were loud after drinking until late in the early hours, and didn't care about the noise they made in the rooms.
we had a good holiday but wouldn't go back to this Hotel ☹️
