On arrival, we were taken immediately to our rooms and at our leisure, we came to the office to register. Oksana was an absolutely charming hostess. You may need to know some Russian/Ukrainian, although I am not sure. I used my broken Russian and she was extremely accommodating and patient. I think she would have walked me to the drug store if she thought I hadn't understood how to get there.
I needed some clothes washed and I had them back in three hours. Clean, comfortable, and non-smoking. Air-conditioning (although I didn't need it) and a refrigerator. The sheets were so comfortable and the location was great, right in the center but far enough off the main street to be quiet. I was a little nervous about finding the hotel again, since the sign outside was so small, but once I had my bearings it was easy. You can literally walk to Silpo (a big grocery store) in under a minute.
I will stay in this hotel again.More
