The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable and the friendliness of all the staff, where I highlight Sonia of the restaurant for its efficiency and friendliness. An excellent example of professionalism.

The stay at Aloft was not only pleasant but a relief. Good place & facilities. Food can be better as well as internet. The staff was polite, pleasant & helpful. It kinda saved us from a very unpleasant experience at Radisson blu AL Ain. Aloft abides with the department of tourism to ensure the beauty, positive and friendly image of Al Ain unlike the Radisson Blu Resorts (Motel)

Novi gave us the best service, loved my experience there, the rooftop party was great, the vibes were beautiful,and lot of lovely people too, Al-Ain has a calm vibe and a different sense of steady rather than rush, A-loft was a great choice :)

The hotel is lovely! The rooftop bar and pool are great, the food is so tasty but a special mention has to go to Adam in the W XYZ bar on the ground floor: exceptional service and so, so friendly. An absolute credit to the hotel and really made our night.
