The staff made us feel that we were a terrible inconvenience. We had to ask for half the crockery and cutlery and when it was delivered the knives were all small paring knives. In general the apartment was very poorly kitted out. The fridge didn't work although it was replaced fairly quickly once we reported it and there was a leak in the master bedrooms ensuite that was never fixed. Although in a 3 bed apartment we had on 2 towels when we arrived and we had to request them when we arrived. I would stay there again but would bring my own crockery, cutlery and pots and pans - treat it like a good quality camping exercise and all will be good. The thing that amazed me most was the first day when they serviced the apartment at 5.30pm to the point of vacuuming and mopping the floors around our feet!!!!!!!!!! The rooms were a great size and good location but....

The Hotel was lovely to look at and the room was great except the ensuite lacked cleanliness. The service of the staff was ok but not friendly at all.they weren't helpful at all . we asked for some suggestions of attractions to visit, but reception staff just said she had no idea. Internet was useless. I had to go to the building next door to use wifi.

The staff has to train more. The room is dirty. we came at the hotel early moring (pre booked) and booking was not there, after we came in the room we requested some towels which is not provided upon arrival, and take note that the towels came after 2 HOURS.!!!
