Me and my family went for a day by the pool and where really disappointed from the price that they changed . No towels available had to wait 2 hours, food we ordered a pizza after 1 hour of waiting the wrong pizza came, sent is back again after 30 min minutes the wrong pizza came, It seems the chefs do not know the menu !! this is really shame as it is a 5* star hotel but it does not have the service of a 5*

I came here from UK for few weeks time to spend Eid vacations in April.It was a memorable trip.The Sales Manager Saleh was an awesome person.I called him even at night time 1 am,but he responded quickly and sorted out the matter.He was such a gentleman and down to earth.
All was good at hotel during the stay.
