Good hotel but need more Maintenance

The hotel is very good with good services. The plumbing needs more Maintenance, it seems that property maintenance contractor is not professional/working at all. I stayed for 4 nights, the room was not cleaned at all, however the hotel is good. No internet except in the reception.

I got more than what i paid for

Rooms are quite nice and quiet for the price I paid. Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient on a main road of the city but you need a transport to go to any shopping malls, restaurants or coffee shops. It gets busy on weekends especially if there is a wedding in the hall next door.

Maintenance and cheep quality products

The property maintenance is very bad and it looks like the maintenance contractor is not a professional. The material used is bad and the water leaks from everywhere in the toilets.
Most important they don't even keep drinking water unless asked for. U need anything you need to ask.
