Very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff are extremely helpful - especially Danushka, Mohammed Irfan Khan and Selva. The Elements restaurant staff are very accommodating as well. Would recommend the breakfast for sure.

I am humbled to have spent time in this hotel with such caring , loving staff. I am currently still at the hotel with my husband and 11mlnth old son, the staff especially the staff in the restaurant are amazing. The customer service and understanding of what you eat, dietary requirements and affection towards my son has made this stay special. Though this is not a resort hotel, they really take care in giving time to children and family. I could continue to compliment the staff and chefs who ensure my son's porridge is correctly made, each morning and serving him a diary free pancake.

It is near a small mall with essentials and close to many children facilities.

We had a great stay. Travelling with family and having a nice place to stay is a must and Hili got it. Exceptional Service and a cozy place to stay.

I'd like to mention some people who made our stay extra special: Mike, Mikko, Edwin and Gita (elements Resto) excellent breakfast and service. Edrine and another bellman for taking care of our luggages and welcomed us during check-in. And Binod, who provided exceptionally high care for us. Gone above and beyond. He got us complimentary tickets and always ask us how's our stay. And also the lady room attendant who made sure our room is clean.
