After hotel pick up, Hon demonstrated how to efficiently shop in the market buying fresh meat, seafood, veggies, and naming many unknown wares. We then transitioned from the very busy market to a relaxing boat ride and "canoe" ride through a coconut grove before arriving at the Island. Everything was organized so we were able to have a demonstration by Hon, and then work independently (with guidance as needed) to make each of the four delicious and attractively prepared dishes. I was impressed with Hon's technical skills and learned a lot. Delightful!
