This hotel is very close to JR station so very convinient to move to other area. There are supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants in 5mins by walking. The hotel doesn't like other Japanese business hotel, the lobby was tall and felt warm, and all waiter were very nice to help us. The room is clean and the bathroom is big with window so I can relax and take a bath. The bed is comfortable and I will consider to stay here next time.

The Hotel is a little older but that does not mean it is worn down or something it still has a superior quality and is equipped with everything a business traveller needs. Fast laundry service, internet, good clean rooms, restaurant in house and room-service..western style and traditional Japanese.
Check-in is only at 3pm but with a surcharge earlier check-in is possible. It is about 20min away from NRT and close by there is a lot of shopping possible.

We attended a conference at Makuhari Messe, this hotel is within walking distance and is very clean. It is a bit aged, but it is clean and still very nice. We ate the breakfast buffet each morning in The Terrace Restaurant on the first floor. It was good, they have an omelet station, cereals, an assortment of croissants, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, fruit, soups, and some Japanese breakfast items as well. We also had drinks a few nights at the 21F Bar on the 21st Floor, it was cozy sitting in the living room furniture after a long day of work.

The bed in the room was very comfortable and that's what made the stay a home run! They have a hairdryer, razor, shower cap, toothbrush, slippers and other amenities in your room, plus the newspaper is waiting for you each morning outside your door. If I come back I would stay here again, it is nice.

A wonderful hotel with top-notch service, extremely good location, free parking, quiet and pleasant ambience, clean and luxury room, good wifi . . . really an outstanding hotel! We also love the view of a park from our window look out. In particular, we would like to thank Miss Kamata and Mr. Suzuki for their kind assistance to solve out problems with the rental car company. They spoke excellent English and were very kind to understand our needs. Other hotel personnels were also friendly and helpful. It was a memorable stay and we will return very soon.

Room Tip: High floor for good views

The biggest hotel rooms I have stayed in in Tokyo. Great bang for your buck. Booked a 495 sq/ft room for $400/nt, they kindly upgraded us to a 700-800 sq/ft suite.

Huge master bathroom, seperate bedroom and living rooms. Service was very friendly and 5-star! Booze and drinks are suprisingly very inexpensive in the rooms.

3 restaurants in the hotel, all were above average. Japanese restaurant has some amazing eye-appeal dishes.

Will definitely stay here again and again.
