First of all, when I read all the reviews about this hotel in relation to Tokyo Disney Resort, most of them said it was okay and bearable. Now I know it totally depends on whether or not your family is travel-ready. I didn't realize it till we got there that mine was totally NOT, not even a little bit. (We live in Japan, but our city is basically in the countryside and we use our cars to go everywhere and anywhere.)

So we had a rather difficult time getting to and coming back from the Disney Resort by train. Having taken many trains for work, my Canadian husband was in charge of determining which train to catch (I, despite being Japanese and being able to read and understand Japanese perfectly, was and am and will always be too lazy to figure out the train networks in big cities so I chose not to help out), and one time during this trip he made a totally wrong decision and we ended up wasting a good 30-60 minutes on the freaking JR lines (we got on the wrong line) before going to the Disney Land. Great.

The hotel room was okay at best. The baths were nice. It had a shower booth thingy as well as a nice big bath which came with bath jell for bubble baths. It had everything you'd need (minus the TV was kinda obsolete), the beds and structure itself and furniture were all nice and not that cheaply made but it's just that they were all a bit old, dark, a bit smelly (cigarette smell) so overall, I'd say the room was not that great.

The amenities were okay; they had shampoo, conditioner, razors, oil-based make-up cleanser, lotion, face moisturizer, toothbrushes and toothpaste and what not.

Room Tip: don't choose if you intend to visit the Disney Land/Sea with kids

This hotel is very close to JR station so very convinient to move to other area. There are supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants in 5mins by walking. The hotel doesn't like other Japanese business hotel, the lobby was tall and felt warm, and all waiter were very nice to help us. The room is clean and the bathroom is big with window so I can relax and take a bath. The bed is comfortable and I will consider to stay here next time.

The Hotel is a little older but that does not mean it is worn down or something it still has a superior quality and is equipped with everything a business traveller needs. Fast laundry service, internet, good clean rooms, restaurant in house and room-service..western style and traditional Japanese.
Check-in is only at 3pm but with a surcharge earlier check-in is possible. It is about 20min away from NRT and close by there is a lot of shopping possible.

We attended a conference at Makuhari Messe, this hotel is within walking distance and is very clean. It is a bit aged, but it is clean and still very nice. We ate the breakfast buffet each morning in The Terrace Restaurant on the first floor. It was good, they have an omelet station, cereals, an assortment of croissants, coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, fruit, soups, and some Japanese breakfast items as well. We also had drinks a few nights at the 21F Bar on the 21st Floor, it was cozy sitting in the living room furniture after a long day of work.

The bed in the room was very comfortable and that's what made the stay a home run! They have a hairdryer, razor, shower cap, toothbrush, slippers and other amenities in your room, plus the newspaper is waiting for you each morning outside your door. If I come back I would stay here again, it is nice.

A wonderful hotel with top-notch service, extremely good location, free parking, quiet and pleasant ambience, clean and luxury room, good wifi . . . really an outstanding hotel! We also love the view of a park from our window look out. In particular, we would like to thank Miss Kamata and Mr. Suzuki for their kind assistance to solve out problems with the rental car company. They spoke excellent English and were very kind to understand our needs. Other hotel personnels were also friendly and helpful. It was a memorable stay and we will return very soon.

Room Tip: High floor for good views
