Currently in hotel checking out tomorrow 5am. Checked into this hotel from another city hotel for the Disneyland convenience. On check in, not sure if front office staff said the right thing or if I have misheard; told me the tea amenities in room is chargeable. Ok, no issues there.

Room wise, it's spacious. What can I say. A little bit dated, carpet looks old but room is big as compared to the city hotel we stayed in. Decent size shower area. Next to JR station, Arte and Aeon shopping. A short 30 mins walk will bring u out to the sea area. Also close to a Uni.

The NEGS:
we choose this hotel because of the proximity and ferry services to Disneyland. Obviously when one has intentions to go Disneyland, one would have to wake up early to catch the 7am bus. My goodness from 7pm onwards yesterday, we were trying to get the kids to sleep and the noise from upstairs started. Furniture moving, thumping heavy footsteps, loud water running, and more thumping. Gotten someone from front office TWICE to our room so they can hear themselves. Said they contacted the upstairs room but that didn't help. The baby was asleep and front office offered to change room at 9-10pm but we declined as we didn't want to wake the baby up. Front office assured us that the guests upstairs will check out today. The noise finally stopped closer to midnight. My elder daughter and the both of us woke up blurry from the lack of sleep at 545am to prepare for a gruelling day at Disneyland.

Lo and behold, as I was typing this 830pm, more thumping and noise again. Very very irritating as we need to wake up at 325am to prep and catch the early morning flight out.

If you treasure a good night sleep for a full on day at Disneyland, talk to front office and make them commit to a suitable resolution that does not involve them coming to your room late night, hear what they need to hear, and report back to their duty manager, and revert back with a room change that is way too late to salvage any remaining goodwill. Otherwise, find another hotel that has better solid walls. It's your money, and those Disneyland tickets don't come cheap. You don't want to feel like a zombie out there the whole day feeling like a dog.

Probably not the staff fault, but you really don't want to stay in a noisy Disney partner hotel.

Room Tip: The highest corner room away from elevator U can get.

Clean, modern and spacious room for a family of 4 holiday. Big bathroom and a tub for soaking in after a long and busy couple of days at the theme parks. Free shuttle buses to the parks, opp the Shin Urayasu JR for access to the rest of tokyo and good local eats and department stores! Thumbs up!!

We went to Disneyland and Disneysea and we stayed in this hotel. One reason we chose this hotel was that it's only 1 station away from Disney, so if we couldn't catch the disney shuttle bus, we could still catch a train. Another reason is that there are 2 huge shopping mall on the other side of the station (Mona and Aeon) so we had choice to shop and dine there instead of staying in Disney. Apart from the mall, there are also a supermarket and a lot of restaurant under the railway station. One cons is that the shuttle bus service is not as frequent as the hotel next by. And at Disneyland, these 2 hotels share the same bus stop, however, we were not allowed to use the bus service of the next hotel.
Overall, this hotel is good. My 2 daughters said they'd love to stay there again. I also like the quite and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. I'd recommend it.

Room Tip: Higher floor gives a better view but non-smoking rooms are at the lower floors

Disney World Tokyo is only a train stop away from the hotel and the hotel also provides a free shuttle bus service. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and they do speak a bit of English. The amenities are top notch!
