I've stayed here multiple times for work. The experience ranges from average to very good depending on which room-type you receive. They give drink coupons for alcohol and soda during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The cafeteria area is much too small for the amount of people served, though the food is satisfactory.

They give you free breakfast buffet and a drink coupon for each night you stay. The location is most convenient. The rooms are very small. It reminds me of a room on an older cruise ship. There is 'complimentary' English pay TV if you are willing to pay for it. The internet connection was fast enough and reliable. There is no fitness area and smoking is thankfully restricted. Staff is friendly and efficient (especially those serving breakfast). There are other hotels in the area and I have no idea of their quality, but I would have no reservations about staying here again.

Room Tip: I was on the top floor and treated to swaying during one of Japan's earthquakes.

The New Yokosuka Hotel is located near the main gate of the US Navy base, in Yokosuka, Japan. It has several types of rooms to choose from ranging from very small (bed, desk, and bathroom) to suites that have kitchens and balcony's. The front desk staff is fluent in English and were always helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet and a bar that is open from 4PM to 10PM nightly.

Room Tip: Stay on the back side of the hotel. Front side is noisy.

This is the most convenient hotel to the naval base (one block from the main gate). Rooms are very small but good enough if you are there just to sleep (reminded me like my college dorm). Mini bathroom and mini TV seems typical of Japan. Breakfast (was included with my room rate) is at the acceptable minimum (reminded me of my college days)...I have to bus my own tray LOL! Other than the convenience and reasonable rate, the wifi in the room very good and fast.

Room Tip: Rooms are small (might need lubrication to get into the room...lol).

A great hotel and a great location. Friendly staff and excellent service. Cooked breakfast a bonus and a good bar to meet the cobtractors and others staying at the hotel. i rate this one very highly., and recommend it to anyone in te area.

Room Tip: The higher the floor the quieter- also better to have a room on the back side as th ones on the street are in a trendy bar area which can be noisy at weekends
