Fairly new hotel. Request higher floors for the best views.
Fraser's elite member recognition is poor, as expected. Hotel was very much empty but the hotel could not upgrade Diamond guests to a suite or offer complimentary breakfast like other hotel loyalty programs. No temporary replacement for the closed executive lounge either.
Stay at the DoubleTree nearby if nightly rate is about the same.

Amazing stay. Superb guest relations.
We stayed here on Christmas Eve 2020. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel is extremely well maintained, clean, and is very comfortable, even down to the top quality toilettries provided.
Most importantly, when we checked out, my wife accidentally left her wedding ring on the lamp stand. We only realised this a few hours later. When we rushed back to the hotel, there was a new guest already checked in. But the manager, Ryan Fitri, and the security head, Ariff, were very reassuring and promised to follow all the SOPs and to conduct an investigation to locate it. They called us back the next day having successfully located the ring!
Thank you Ryan, Ariff and team for going above and beyond to help us, and for the care you showed in dealing with guests who had lost something precious.
Ryan especially did this without any expectations from us....other than taking care of his guests and making sure we had a great experience.
We would definitely return to Capri JB and recommend it to others who are visiting here too.

20 November 2020 - another nights stay to attend an event in JB & i was quite pleased with the service and facilities. Breakfast was quite decent, improved over our last visit at CNY.
Parking remains a pain though.

The rooms here were very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy. The buffet breakfast was good too.
The employees here were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect as it is next the JB customs and also the city center.

This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel, the room is spacious and clean, which is extremely important during this period of time. The only downside is the parking is a bit confusing. Take note that hotel guest should park in the red color lot. Staff is friendly. The road turning to Capri might jammed up if there's heavy traffic to Singapore, anyway, as long as the border is closed, no worries on this:) i will choose to stay in Capri again.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel and this is my second time to stay in. Friendly and profession counter staff, clean room with good facilities and the most unforgettable part was a gratitude from a cleaning staff with brilliant smile when i checked out
