I stayed here for 2 nights from 15 to 17 Jan 2021. Fantastic customer service & they were able to assist with my requests. The unit itself is spacious, clean, modern & quiet. The location is in the good with a few eateries around. I would definitely stay here again because of its fantastic customer service, from the security guard, receptionist to Gerard. Wonderful 6 week stay. Staff very courteous and accommodating. Fantastic suites with kitchen and nice clean and modern rooms. Located right in the heart of downtown JB within easy walking distance of all activities/sites. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

A good place with the modern touch furniture and fittings with great ambience. Stayed one night in a 3 bedroom suite with my family and we enjoyed our room very much. The room is clean,neat and big as all the appliances are also big and enough to accommodate our family.

My stay at this place is pleasant! It's located at the heart of JB and there's plenty place to eat around the place as well. I was staying in the two bedroom suite and i loved it. Plenty of amenities are also provided and the place is very clean! Will consider staying here again if I ever were to come to JB.

we stayed in 2 bedrooms suite..the room is very clean and spacious..the hotel itself is in the heart of JB, it was easy to reach any place of attractions..my family love the room so much..will definitely recommend to others to stay here in the future.

The suites is spacious and clean, the service is good. I like the washroom, you can enjoys your shower, your start of day, however if there is a bathtub, it will be even perfect. Remember the parking is not included but you could get RM10 flat rate per day.
