The newly renovated lobby, rooms and hallways look very good. But the facade of the hotel makes it look like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Pathetic looking. And for all the money spent on the renovations, why can't they spend a few more dollars on the toilet rolls? The quality is worse than the ones found in a budget hotel. However, it's still worth staying there, and the services provided by the staff were pretty good.More

hye ther...im syafieq from kelantan ..we just booked today...actually we going to singpore...but have some issue from singpore side...so we choose citrus hotel for 1night...here citrus hotel was really good wonderfull & awesome...the price per night very cheap...u all can booked here if u travelling here...u will enjoy d enviroment of citrus hotel...thank for Jasvin Singh & his staff for being polite with us...we very enjoyfull staying 1 night here...we will come again to booked here again &again ...thanks u very much for ur kindness....im glad to knoe u Sir Jasvin Singh..hopefully will meet again...cheers

Hotel is strategically located within walking distance to City Square Mall, JBCC, CIQ and the bazar karat. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is basic and clean. Will definitely stay here again in future.

On friday 28 feb upon checking in by a male staff i was given a twin bed when I actually pre book a large bed, no reasons was given but i was told to wait abt an hour if i wanted a room with a large bed, assuming the room was not cleaned yet I understood so I suggested if i can put my luggage and had lunch first but the unhelpful and arrogant staff replied “no” once i checked in i was unable to change my room so i was left with no choice, this is ridiculous so i took up the room with twin bed
The hotel claimed the rooms were newly renovated but i was shocked to see stained carpets on the walkway and broken fixtures in the toilet . I don’t recommend staying in this hotel and for the same price i would rather go for Bagus Hotel opposite komtar, the management should look into their staff behavior and dont bee too rigid

good location , beside train stasion and mall. so can find foof easy,but still under renovation so still some construction in the hotel, but overal ok for the price, easy to find food around the hotel

really really close to JB Central it just 5 min away and the mall just across the street.
the room really spacious, and clean.
they give you toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towel and hairdryer are available.
the receptionist really friendly, but the elevator was really small, it only fit 4 people with luggage.
when i came to visit they're doing construction, so some space are quite not ready to use yet, the are some piles of cement outside which is dusty cause when i come it's quite windy that day.
the room is really great for such a price.
re book? yes sure.
