Very busy on the Weekends

KSL is an everything in one place type of experience. I was there for a business meeting. Its great for people traveling with small children as they have lots to do and lots of water park type fun. The rooms are ok and the food fine however I was also told not to go beyond the hotel as it was unsafe for women walking alone. The mall can keep you busy especially during Chinese New Year. The bartenders, bellhops and housekeeping were the most friendly of the service personnel; not front desk as much. I did enjoy going to get massages at the Javenese Spa. Overall it was a bit too busy and noisy for me but worked for its purpose.

SATISFIED

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in JB. Service was good, helpful staff and very good atmosphere. Checkin proccess was fast as I check in during weekdays. Clean Room with nice decoration plus a beautiful JB City View.

Breakfast was good. Lot of food offered. Got few restaurant near the hotel. Easy to get public transport. Will come again here for sure.

STAY IN KSL RESORT

The hotel was good and the shops in the shopping centre were lots of them but cant really find authentic food there. Hotel food is nice but limited. Breakfast was nice too. But have to remind the f&b to remove the plates placed outside the room door.

New Year Eve celebration

We had a great stay again at KSL hotel, Bluebell suite. Was pleasantly surprised that the beer/ drinks & snack are complimentary & refilled daily. There's a big jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom but was given only 2 packs of bath salt. Make the request twice for more pack but with no avail. The crowds also make accessing the lifts challenging especially when one keep showing overloading & refusing to work, when there's only 6 adults. Overall, I would still choose KSL for its proximity with various eateries outside of the hotel, massage / hair / nails salon & movie theatre.

Clean resort!

The housekeepers did a great job of keeping the place v clean! Check in and check out was a breeze. Tower 2 is quite a walk and the lift doors closes real fast- which is v dangerous for those w kids or prams. Gets real crowded during weekends..but its v convenient with the mall located downstairs (the need to change lifts to malls and carpark is quite troublesome). Stayed in a room with one single and one double bed(queen size).
