I reside in Singapore but it was my first visit to Renaissance Hotel in JB. I am really impressed with the standard of the hotel and the level of service it provides.

My husband and I were attended by a staff Cornelius at the check in. He was very polite and friendly. Our room on level 15 has a wonderful bay view and is spacious.

I truly appreciate the cleanliness and the quality of the bedding and towels. They were high quality and comfortable. I also appeciate every other little provision in the room, they are well thought of and practical!

In the evening , we were spoilt by the selection of canapes and drinks at the lounge on #16. The manager at the lounge, Guna, was very attentive and he attended to us and all those around personally. The team was kept busy and yet they were all smiley.

Also tried the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, is fantastic! The next mornong, we opted to have our breakfast at the lounge instead of the cafe on the ground floor as It is quieter and cosy, though I understand the selection is a little smaller compared to the main dining area but that suits us well.

We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you every one for making it an enjoyable stay.

The staffs had provided outstanding service during my stay in the hotel. Not only they had fulfilled my request for last minute changes but they have gone extra miles and effort.
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I would definitely recommend Renaissance JB to anyone who needs a stay in the future.
