We stayed at Renaissance as part of a group booking. Maintenance issues in some neighbouring hotels tend to show with time particularly bath towels and the bathroom facilities. But at Renaissance we never had this issue. You are on a food street so take your pick of any thing you like local or international. There isn’t much in terms of shopping in the immediate surroundings but Mid Valley mall in 10 min away. This is a pleasant stay with very comfortable beds. If I were to nitpick, I find the shower amenities a bit waxy but it’s an easy fix. We got to experience the Grand Ballroom, it’s probably the best in JB. I really like the chill vibe here, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

I have really enjoyed my stay. It is always difficult when you travel from the UK the jet lag and time difference get to you. But I have to say the bed and the pillows were really comfortable. The staff in the hotel were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. I felt really welcome at the hotel.
I was working of course but I managed to have two great meals in the Chinese restaurant 👍😊. The staff who maintained the room were great and kept me up to date. Next time I come to JB I will stay here again.

I have stayed 5 times at this hotel. Highly recommended. The facilities are well maintained, room is clean & comfy, & staff are helpful & friendly. The area surrounding the hotel is full of with food places & spas. Aeon mall is only 5 mins away.
