A short visit to Mersing

We chose to stay here because of the location. It was a one night stay. They have ample parking space, and good view of the sea. The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful. They provide breakfast. Nothing fancy but enough. The aircond and the water heater works, which was a huge relief. If you are looking for a luxurious and a cozy stay, this is definitely NOT for you. Enough said.

Do not stay so gross

All the reviews on line half to be fake, room was filthy, stained or dirty pillow cases, peoples hair not ours, beds were uncomfortable and blankets are from 1970. No Wi-Fi in the room only in lobby and tv barely worked not to mention the dust and dirt behind the tv and on the lamp shades. You could see peoples foot prints on the floor and the towels were also discolored.

Creepy dirty experience!

I usually DO NOT gv any hotel any remarks like this but it has caused phobia in me!
Drove 8 hours to this place and I almost fainted when I opened the door of this room which I stayed!
Musky!, smelly, the carpets were disgusting and wet, dusty!
The towel they give was used! So smelly! The smell of poop!
Please close down this hotel as it didn’t bring even 1% of comfort!
It’s not about the money but please its just unexplainable!
I saw some budget hotels nearby with good pics and review but wanted to support this hotel but I’m really traumatised!

The only one good thing is the front desk lady was nice and pity her she was working all day alone!
But she was really polite and nice!
But not the hotel.
Couldn’t sleep the whole night and woke up earlier and ran to my next destination.
I had my whole body itching after lying on the bed! Please do something about this hotel. To be honest my students hostel before this was way more better than the rooms here.
If you think this is exaggerating, please come and experience your self.
Sorry but it’s really bad and dirty. PleAse improve!
Probably it’s acceptable to the locals but I would never recommend it to anyone.
And this is not my first time have stayed before in other locations with seri malaysia but seems like everywhere is the same.Not sure what’s hindering but I hope you will really refurbish!

Post Movement Control Order opening

This a typical Sri Malaysia budget hotel. But due to the MCO closure, this hotel, may have had some wear and tear of disuse, and also poor maintenance. The rooms smell of mold as you enter. The sleep was not so comfortable as most of my party suffered from mild allergy most likely to the mold. The outside corridor had a leak from suffered as evident in one of my photos. The hotel faces the beach which is easily accessible for a nice stroll. There is a small pool and recreational area in the middle of the hotel.
Apart for the mold issue, which was very significant to us, the hotel is not too bad.

I stay more then 20 nites

After staying more then 20 nites in this past few month i decided to give a review...i don't want to write bad review because for me it is not Hilton and i believe people staying here not paying Hilton rates as well..the rates is cheap..so forget the Hilton expectation ( you pay peanut you got monkey lah )

My experience - Very2 friendly front office personal and fast check in.
- Clean room ( quite spacious due to the room rates ) .
- Housekeeping girls are very helpful also to attend our needs.
- Good hotel surrounding and nice landscaping - everyday i saw hard
working Gardener do his work
- My kids love the Swimming Pool - clean - and i saw them put it new
Umbrella, good for them.
- Only twice having breakfast BUT the best Nasi Lemak i ever have /
misses also tell the same.
- Hawker stall only next door, it's convenient.

CON - WIFI...they need stronger wifi signal....no wifi in the room....no
wifi at the pool area...even in lobby wifi consider non existence
