We booked 2 rooms..the room was great as situated at groundfloor..had to take out shoes outside at lobby..toilet clean, aircond good and tv has a few channel..food and parking easy to find around this motel..overall was a great stay..

This is a good place to stay if you have an early bus or if you get in Alor Setar with a late bus. The bed sheets and towels are clean, but some dirt particles are falling from the ceiling. I could feel some cigarette smell in the room and the big windows were dirty. The bathroom was one of the worst I have ever seen in Malaysia, comparable with the ones we've seen in India: small, dirty enough to not want to step bare foot on the floor or sit on the toilet, but the shower had hot water. Soap was provided. Some areas of the hotel looked as if it were in the process of restoration. The photos provided here by the management reflect the reality in November 2017.
Thank you for staying with us and for your review. First of all, when we received your reservation for triple room, one group of travellers walked in and stay for a few days. So, we transferred your reservation to the family room, which is bigger room. Unfortunately the family room is still in the progress of upgrading (at first floor). However, we will keep on improving our quality especially on the cleanliness of our rooms and toilets.
