Stayed here for about a week and had to pay RM 50 (deposit) and then RM 70 (tax). Way too many times the room cleaning wasn't done properly (no change of towels, no new shampoo/soap and no toilet roll. Had to personally ask for it to be given.) The room isn't soundproof, so you can hear whenever someone talks outside -- and the wifi is also very, very slow. The air condition worked fine in our room.

The hotel is close to Cenang Beach/Cenang Mall, but you have to take a taxi to go there as it's out of town (5-7 min drive). The swimming pool is nice and clean and most of the time we had it for ourselves.

Overall it's a decent quiet place with a decent price. Personally I wouldn't like to stay again.

Came to lavigo resort without reservation, and asked for a free room. We were told somewhat rudely to check the prices online and make the reservation there, which was rather weird.

When we asked to see the room before we made the reservation, we were told we couldn't, even though we were well past the check-in time (~5pm or so). It tells something about the rooms if they don't want you to see them before you've paid for them. At that point we took off, so my rating is solely based on the rude service.

We stayed at the Lavigo resort in February. The Lavigo offers a good value for money. An Indian Restaurant next door, and a Malaysia Restaurant right opposite are good. The rooms are nice and clean. The Villa style rooms are nice too.
