Spent a couple of nights here and the rooms are pleasant and staff are helpful. The main problem is the location as its a 2-3 km away from the main shopping/bar area. Used a taxi to get into town which was only 6 rm so pretty cheap. Looks like a bomb site at the back as building work is going on. If you are looking for somewhere cheap and cheery its o.k but you get what you pay for.
Although we are used to better hotels we booked this as part of a 12 week trip as we needed to budget.

Good hair dryer and kettle
Ok air conditioning given the heat!!
Launderette on-site which was dirt cheap and free ironing facilities on resort.
If you want a taxi into town install the grab app and it will cost approx 85p per journey (like Uber)
Negatives
Bathroom was outside which meant critters like cockroaches were occasionally spotted.
Although they cleaned the room they never ever once in a week cleaned the toilet, sink, bathroom mirror or desk in bedroom, which was odd to say the least. There were even coffee stains on top of fridge from previous guests.
The wall behind the bed needed a new skim of plaster and repainting due to assumed damp.
Would we go back again - no

If you want to go here don’t book a couples bungalow as they are the oldest. Block B looked better (and cheaper).
Great place to have a rest after whole spent on the beach, it's far from the walking street, so it's very quite and gazebo and hammocks are really nice touch, makes you fell very comfy. A little tip - B section is awesome.
And you have to remember, there're small ants in the room, but in these places its common and they re harmful
I made my booking via internet , for 6 nights there . I saw the description , nice pool , restaurants around , short walk to the beach ( written by some previous customers ).
The room I got was nice , clean , ok . BUT , I was told that the restaurant close to the reception only opens at 10 in the morning!
The beach , where all the restaurants and activities are , is at least 2 km from the hotel Traveling on my own , without a car , is obviously not convenient at all for me . I didn't want to stay there , so I offered the hotel to pay 1 or 2 nights to compensate them , but they never accepted . I had to pay the full 6 nights . I knew very well that they could do that , but considering my situation , that I explained very well to them , I would have expect that they would accommodate me .
I was not asking for a full refund . I understand that they made that reservation for me . But the place was far from being full , so I didn't make them lose money . So I think offering them to pay 2 nights , without even using the room , was quite reasonable .
So definitely , if you are planing to go to this hotel , make sure you have a car or a scooter , because otherwise , you will be stocked in the middle of nowhere , with few restaurants around , and you won't have breakfast until 10 in the morning !
Have stayed with family in this resort, 4 standard room amd 3 family terrace pool view. The cons is the sound proof is very bad for standard room, the sound can clearly hear when somebody passby the walkway, talking or kids shouting around,cant have a good sleep although have a comfortable bed. Have tv but with poor receiving. Have provide toothpaste and brush too, but hard quality.
The Pros are good ventilation, clean and comfortable bed in room, have provide towel, bath gel, tissue, water bottle, fan and aircond, coffee and cup, hair dryer, kettle, hot and cold water machine at public area, iron clothes facilities also at public area.
There did have a pantry which have water machine, bench, table, that you can enjoy ur meal there if you buy food from outside. Swing and wood restbench have build there that can let you chilling there which is a good idea to relax there too.
Overall is good to stay with all those facilities just no have a good sleep.
