I’ve book a family connected room on 3 March to 8 March. Firstly, the hotel do not even have a lift and they expected us to carry our own luggage up and down and there is no bellman station at all. Secondly, the room I book consist of 1 queen bed and 2 twin bed but upon check-in, I got both rooms with 2 twins bed! The worst thing is the cleanliness and maintenance of both rooms are HORRIBLE AND DIRTY! The yellowish pillow are down with years of stain and even blood stain is on it! The floor has oil on it. The door double lock is spoilt, so it’s useless, it is easy for us to just kick it or bang it open! Aircon is on, but no cold air is filtered out, on it for 2hours and it is still the same hot room!

After looking at the standard of the room, we head over to the reception and wanted to have a room change but the receptionist told us that we got the biggest room but everything on the various hotels website photos does not even match 10% of the actual room. Staff is rude with attitude!

In the end, we decided to just change to another hotel nearby by just staying in the room for only 2hours for the entire booking. Cancellation policy and refund is negative from the hotel!

Overall, this is the worst hotel I ever check-in! Will not strongly recommend at all!

P/s: Only have the video tour of the whole room!

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One of the bathrooms is ok, but another had a mirror that was really rusty. Both rooms are small and the towels provided had a smell to it. Not recommended if you are looking for comfort.

The room is too small for family even the connecting room.A little bit dirty at the toilet and the mattress is too hard. No towel at the hotel when I want to make a call but the phone is not function at all. Not recommend at all for family vacation
