Are you looking for a piece of paradise? Then look no further! The Ritz Carlton Langkawi offers everything you can expect from a 5 star luxury resort. Located within a plush rainforest, the rooms are tastefully decorated and very spacious. A buggy service is on offer 24 hours to bring you to the different parts of the resort, but we would often also just walk and enjoy the nature.
The pools and beach are fabulous and you get pampered and looked after from the moment you arrive til you leave your sun chair, truly.
The food at the restaurants (we tried Beach Grill, Langkawi kitchen and coco bar) was amazing and price wise you can compare it to an average European city.
The reception can help you organise activities and sightseeing outside the resort. For outings just download the Grab app (Asian Uber) it works very well and it’s super easy.
But what really makes the difference in this resort is the staff and all the people who work tirelessly to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I’ve rarely encountered such friendly, helpful and polite staff; and smiley! Thank you to Khadga for making our room a home away from home, you are the best! A shoutout goes to Que and Budi the activity staff (try the nature walk and sunset kajaking if you can). All the people around the family pool (you are so many) you are truly wonderful. We are very sad to leave after such a wonderful holiday.

We take great pride in being located amidst a 10-million-year-old rainforest, and walking around on foot is indeed a good way to fully immerse yourself in and appreciate nature. You might even encounter some of our enchanting wildlife, such as the Dusky Leaf Monkey, eagles, hornbills, otters, and squirrels.

With three swimming pools – a family-friendly pool at The Beach Grill, an adults-only pool at Horizon, and a kids' pool at Ritz Kids – as well as our private cove facing the azure waters of the Andaman Sea, our natural retreat caters to all types of travelers seeking a nature-filled escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your meals at the lively The Beach Grill, the traditionally inspired Langkawi Kitchen, and the al fresco Coco Beach Café. On your next visit, we highly recommend trying Hai Yan, Langkawi’s only modern Chinese restaurant, and savoring its amazing delicacies.

STAYCATION AT RITZ LANGKAWI

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an unforgettable experience. The whole stay was exceptional, thanks largely to the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, every detail was handled with care. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The best vacay ever

We went on a family trip in Malaysia and later in Singapore. I can say that The ritz cartton in Langkawi was one of the best memories for us. The food was delicious, pool and spa very relaxing and beautiful scenery and ofc the lovely stuff always kind and cheerfull. We enjoyed the most our dinner and breakfast at the chinese restaurant Haiyan and ofc the fury friends , the monkeys 🥰🥰

A magical place

We had a truly wonderful week here.
From the moment we arrived to our farewell, we felt pampered and looked after.
One of our favorite place in the resort was the Beach Grill!
The level of service at this restaurant goes above and beyond any other resorts we’ve visited.
Special shoutout to Ms. Qistina who made us feel warm each time we were there to dine. Also not forgetting Ms. Sha who gave us amazing suggestions during the food order.
Thank you for the wonderful holiday and we will definitely be back.

Magical and relaxing place

This is our 3rd time at the Ritz Langkawi and it never disappoints. The rooms are big and beautiful and we love the little treats that the housekeeping is leaving in the room everyday, for our kids but also for us.

I have read some reviews about the buggy service being late but on none of our trips we have experienced this. Apart from this, all the places are also generally on walking distance.

The kids friendly pool is great as it has a lot of shallow parts to play. And the fact that there is an adult pool as well makes it more relaxed as you don't have to worry that people (without kids) get annoyed by your playing kids.

The food is also great, with extensive breakfast options. Ranging from buffet to menu items.

In conclusion, this is really such a wonderful place ran by professional and kind people. From the people at the check-in to the housekeeping, ground keeping and the many staff with whom we had contact in the restaurants, everyone is kind and helpful.

We are looking forward to a next time!

Best experience ever

The most pleasurable experience ever! All the staff were extremely polite and accommodating. Everything was well thought of and all extras were at an affordable rate. Hassan the manager was an excellent host and Hafiz the chef made amazing food for my fussy one year old baby. Ilie on checkout was also great. We will definitely visit again. Many many thanks
