Staying at the Temple Tree is a fantastic experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by Irene who offered us refreshing flannels and a glass of Prosecco for the adults, a fabulous start. Irene was always on hand to make our stay special and it's partly thanks to her that our time there was so comfortable and special, thank you!
I say 'partly' because all of the staff were accommodating, especially those in the restaurant. What makes this place different is that you get the impression the staff are empowered to make decisions on questions that make your stay more memorable. They always went the extra mile.
Our room (Johor 1) was very spacious, more like staying in a bungalow than a hotel room. The building and furnishing are in a kampung style but modern features (air-conditioning, TV, etc.) to make your time there even more comfortable.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty, I thoroughly recommend eating there!
