We were here for Koh Lipe from Langkawi airport, and we are glad we made the right choice stay over and book the round trip tickets in the hotel ticket center.

First the arrival is perfect, we saved a lot of time and relax in the hotel pool whole evening. Kinda warm up before long trip.

The next day 7am breakfast was just nice before we took a ride to Kuah jetty by boat to Saturn Thailand, by road to Pakbara, and by boat to Koh Lipe. Dont try if you cannot stand traveling adventures.

We had to come back to Langkawi after 4 days in Koh Lipe, and once again, Wings hotel pool side saved our trip. We stayed 2 days to chill after Koh Lipe adventure, and head to airport.

Overall very interesting experience. Suggest going Koh Lipe in high seasons. Wings hotel is still our first choice either seasons.

I was flustered when I got to the hotel and there was a problem with the room, but I was grateful that they responded quickly.

Pros:
1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room.
2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated
3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers.
4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience.

Cons:
1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort.
2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night.
3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating.
4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables.
5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient
6. Lack of nearby attractions: Besides the airport, there is nothing within walking distance to do, limiting options for nearby entertainment or dining.
7.Unclean pool: The pool was not cleaned often, resulting in a range of insects and debris inside, which detracts from the overall experience.
