I have just returned from two nights at the property.
Located in an urban setting looking out over downtown Kota Bharu, the views are urbanely charming. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable, and appointed with every amenity you might need. There is ample space to sit and relax.
If you're looking for a place to sleep for a couple of nights that comes with all the usual amenities and is a bit far from the city centre, this is a good base to explore Kelantan.

Greet- The staff ve done the great job for greeting me. Helpful and treats me very nicely. Almost Everyone!
Lounge- the design looks great for me. I like modern style.
Room - i can say, very spacious. Clean and tidy. Less noise.
Toilet - I like shower. Bidet working fine. Good amenities. Got all basic toiletry set.
Bed- Comfortable, i can sleep very easily.
A/c working fine.
Work table just great, not so big. But i can do the job with laptop.
Single Sofas available for rest.
No veranda in my room.
No electrical technical problems so far.
Internet speed very fast.
Fridge available.
Complimentary set include coffee and tea with boiler.
Big screen TV. All channel working fine.
Got room services. Iron is inside your room.
Location is very near at the G-Orange Mall.
Gyms and fitness available.
Lift is accessible.
The food taste quite nice!

The hotel is still under renovation & should not take guests yet. There were woods & mattresses parked by the wall in the hall way with dusty floors. Inappropriate. The lobby doesn’t serve as a lobby. Breakfast buffet was a total disappointment and lack of variety. There was a large pile of rubbish outside the hotel which can be seen from the hotel’s cafè window during breakfast. They could not give me an iron when requested. We asked for housekeeping to change the bedsheets before we went out for 4 hours & it was still not done when we came back. Much work needed here - from the unfinished renovation & the services need to improve too. The only nice thing is the swimming pool.

This hotel was still under construction during our stay. The lobby did not fit its purpose as a lobby.. we were soaking wet trying to unload our stuff from car. Interior was still way too dusty to be occupied. The sound of drilling really annoyed us.. not only drilling.. sound of knocking on wall. We were from kl and have been driving for the whole day.. we arrived at 3.30pm. Yet they still did not prepare our room and were expecting us to be ok to wait. And the toilet door was a bit weird.. open concept door?

Travel to Kota Bharu to visit relatives and managed to get this hotel at great price. Hotel have pool at the top offering fantastic view of the padi fields, gym and children's club. Some renovation is still on going but the staff really friendly and helpful. Will come back again.
