Location is slightly odd if you aren’t driving, although near Chinatown, it’s lacking convenience store if anything is required urgently. The famous Kopitiam opposite is only open until 2pm.
Room is equipped wt important amenities. I was assigned to a twin room despite being solo.
Bathroom size is too congested for shower, see pic.
Basin is easily clogged

500m to Kopitiam Kita - nice.
The aircond has a bit of cirgarette smell, guess it may come from outdoor unit.
But overall was good for the price. A lot of iron and iron board provided.
What is important is to set the expectation right.
Just touch down and stay for 1 night only. Close to the Kota Bharu.

Pro:
1. New Hotel. Everything is perfectly designed
2. Ample parking space in front of the hotel. But it can easily get fulled so you can park at empty space besides the hotel
3. Easy check in and cute receptionist LOL
4. Nice, beautiful, clean room. I really like the room
BUT...
Con:
1. No water supply on the next morning around 7am - reduce 1 star
2. I have to walk down to GF to ask because no phone in my room to ask about this
3. The guy said the whole building got NO water without say sorry or anything - reduce 1 star
4. Decide to check out because I need to go back to KL
5. Again, no sorry or apologize from that guy - reduce another star
So, sadly, I have bad experience in this beautiful hotel!
The hotel is simply clean, new and very comfortable. I’m very thankful for the comfy stay, fluffy bed & hospitable staffs. Perfect for a short stay. Parking is limited, there’s no lift & there’s no electric kettle if you wanna make a cuppa coffee in the morning. If u wanna have a good breakfast, the spacious restaurant opposite this hotel is a good choice as it provides various local breakfast menu. I would consider staying in this hotel again if I’m in KB again.
