Check in fast, room size quite big, window with side alley (no view).
Wifi connection lousy, can't log in yet every time have to key in long username. Ask staff why can't connect, staff say iPhone login very troublesome
She thought me the trick but keep disconnected, reconnect need to key in long username again. Give up.

Water pot is different type, more like a pot to cook instant noodle.
Pillow too soft, can't sleep well. Bed still comfortable. Sunday morning got flee market, very noisy can't sleep.

The good point is location good, on check in, staff will give you a print out map for foodie. 5-10 mins walking distance to Chef Fatt dim sum (local favourite).

Good access to sightseeing spots. Price is very reasonable and very friendly staffs. I stayed in other hotel which was nice, but in terms of location & price, this hotel is much more value for money. Highly recommend!

We have stayed many many times at the French hotel but things have continued to drop a notch each time we stay.

The service at the front desk continues to be unfriendly, in particular one guy who seldome smiles and looks glum most of the time. The female staff are better.

The hotel room is of average standard, clean and comfortable, but each time we visit, we are missing something. This time, it was the safe that could not work because of a low battery fault, had to call for service. Does anyone check the room. Other than that, all electrical, shower (good pressure) work well.

You would that there would be a welcome gift or something after staying there many times over the last 10 yr, but no. Obvioiusly their customer database is ineffective.
