It is an isolated building beside a roundabout and also a housing area. Thus, transportation is important and needed for traveling around. Check-in and –out: If you drove to the hotel, you may park your car at the parking area right in front of the hotel. Parking space is limited during peak session, otherwise you need to park at the street behind the hotel building. The check-in and check-out processes are simple and fast. We are allowed for early check-in (at 12.00 noon) as requested earlier. Room: We were given the interconnecting rooms at Level 11. Rooms are clean and spacious, all necessary amenities were provided, beds are comfortable. However, there are more detail things have to take care. For example, some areas are not being cleaned properly and also some equipment are found rusty. Overall, everything are acceptable. Wifi: Wifi connection is not stable. Password given cannot be used after a day and had to request for a new one. Breakfast: Very limited choices provided by Old Town Grand located in the ground floor. Staff are smoking the parking area in front of hotel entrance, it generates negative impression to the hotel guests even though that not related to their service quality/performance.

Conclusion:
A recommended hotel – competitive advantages are competitive room rate and able to cater accommodation need for big guest group. There is room for improvement where average performances in many areas were observed.More
