Stayed overnight at Lost World Hotel with complimentary night park tickets. Hot spring pools were very nice and kids also enjoyed playing in the kids pool. Loved the Super deluxe suite with connecting door to my parents’ room! Day park was easy and entertaining enough for kids. Loved that it was not crowded and no queue anywhere. Can spend a relaxing day there.

Lost of Tambun is a theme park that you can visit either in the day or night. The day versio. focuses more on water theme park and wildlife, while the night version more on the hot springs.

Some parts of the park are open for both day and night, while some are only open for one portion. The day rates are slightly higher than the night, and non-locals are charged a higher rate.

Visited the park for both the day and night portions.

I am quite impressed with the wildlife portion of the day, as there are many different animals you can see up close. It feels like the park is more of a zoo than a theme park. The petting zoo, the hippo enclosure, the tiger exhibit and the Catopia are the most impressive.

Strongly recommend the private tiger tour that happens around 1 to 2pm as it allows you to see the tigers up close and its very worth it for 20 dollars. The Catopia, which is like a cat cafe where you can get close to the cats for free, is also quite impressive.

The water theme park portion however is average at best. The lazy river is littered with leaves and looks dirty while the wave pool and slides are just okay.

The hot springs section at night feels a lot newer and well maintained, and the lighting gives it a very unique feeling. It's not something that you can find in other theme parks.

There is also an adventure park and glamping opportunity here. The amusement park and the only roller coaster are only average.

In summary, Lost World of Tambun feels like it's trying to do a lot of things at the same time. The wildlife and hot spring part is nice, while the water theme park and amusement park are just average. Still worth a visit though, if you know what to expect.

PSA: Bring your own swimming costume and towel.

Is a nice theme park. Very suitable for family who bring kids. Is a interesting place and a lot fun there. Just food inside is extremely over price. Next time will try on the glamping.

This is our second time. We stayed at sunway hotel deluxe suit. Amazing room. Spacious and super clean. Walking distance to the lost world. Enjoyed the hot spring the most. The food stalls were nice. Wet and dry theme park was average. The luminous forest and fire show was excellent.
Lastly the breakfast at the garden was great.

The glamping experience was great. The kids rated 10 out of 10. Sleeping in the tent, under the sky, right next to the beautiful mountain and lake was a great experience.
Our family also had fun at the Hotspring and Waterpark, the petting zoo, and the amusement park.
It is definitely great hospitality extended by the staff. Well done!
