I had the worst experience visiting this hotel. Firstly upon checking in the front desk made us wait a long time to arrange a non smoking room. As we were waiting all the other guests who were checking-in were offered a welcome drink and we were not offered anything. I then questioned the front office if they were practicing double standards. However, no apology was offered. We then faced problems in accessing our room as the cards were faulty. It took another 20 minute to fix it, apparently the batteries were weak. All in all I 'm really disappointed with TripAdvisor for recommending this hotel

Checked into a 2 bedroom apartment with my family. Found the apartment is facing a good view. Rooms are clean and I personally like the view as we are at a higher floor. Its pretty quiet and the rooms are clean. The service given by the Front Desk is really appreciated. They are really helpful as my family and I are here to attend a wedding dinner. The location is considered pretty close to attractions. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Looking forward to come back for another getaway.

A short break and we choose to stayed in Kinta Riverfront Hotel as walked in guest. The environment quit nice and the staffs provided good service when we check in. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Every things is okay.
