I book 1 unit 2 room apartment, it have hall and kitchen, the room is big and not far to old town, it clean and look luxury and have a own privacy, if you come with a big group can consider of the hotel

This place is good for family . This is the second time I stay here . It's 3 year ago still maintain the same . Reasonable price. Big room . Wifi not very good . Not good to disable cause only stairs. Parking is limited. Recommend for big family to stop by Ipoh .
The apartment was near to the town and the famous food street can be reach by walking distance. Free parking, Friendly staff.
The apartment are very spacious with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Kitchen area with fridge, dining table with all dining tools are all well provide. Spacious living room with sofa & tv to hangout with friends. Besides, the entire apartment was air conditioned.

With merely RM 220 can stay up for 5 adults + 1 kid is quite a good deal. In the room found a playpen as well. But no mattress in the apartment, maybe need to request from the front office. It's alright, I'm not using it either. With 2 bathrooms, quite spacious with water heater. The best part is the dining table was set up with the dining set. TV was good too but limited astro channels. WIFI is strong. AirCond was good too, but with one remote control only.
The downside is on the surrounding only, got uncles talking quite loud when we were sleeping. Walking distance to one of the main street. Quite convenient.
Anyone travelling with seniors who can't climb up the stairs, well this place is just not able to offer lift. Everything else, I would come back again.

The rooms are well kept and clean. In terms of facilities, most the the needed are there
The negative part will be the NO lift not so convenient for senior and wheel chair bound.
If you are travelling, parking will be a challenging.

These apartments are very good and have everything you could possibly need.
There is no lift so be sure to ask for a low floor if you have heavy luggage.
There is no restaurant in the hotel.
The location is not very nice but these apartments are great for a short stay.
