The temple is well build within the cave complex and very well maintained. It is huge, windy and chilling. They have a nice park at the back of the cave complex which is clean and serene. Nice for a long walk, meditation and relaxation.

The temple itself is not of much interest, unless you are religious. But the very idea of establishing a temple inside a cave with limestone stalagmites and stalactites formed (and still being formed) is just mind-boggling. Quite interesting.

Please visit early in the morning to avoid the heat. Good to temple to visit however the trail could have been maintained better.

Came around 4:20, and some workers told us not to hike up to the view point as it would take too long since the attraction was closing at 5pm. The ground floor has nice statues and paintings. Do not feel obliged to give money to the 3 brown guys outside in the parking lot. They'll lead you to a parking spot and help you park the car, and they might also demand money but you do not need to give them money. Just ignore them.

Nice cave with beautiful paintings inside. Quite a few stairs to the top where you get a nice view of Ipoh from the top. Not very busy and no entry fee or dress requirements. If you've got time, worth checking out.
