My husband and I chose this hotel as the reviews relatively good. I always love hotel with theme or I will called it hotel with personality. We stayed at the superior room. The size of the room is expected, bed was comfortable. Shower design a little bit weird as it is not fully covered,hence may cause some unpleasant smell. The housekeeping made up the room on daily basis.
We check in on a peak season, have to wait till sharp 3pm for check-in. Nevertheless staff did explain on this. The front desk staff were courteous and polite. The only thing missing and would be perfect if they greet the guest in the morning or late evening when they walk through the front desk. Every time we walk infront of the counter, even there is no customer there. The staff would just sit and play with their mobile phone instead of greeting the guest with good morning or good evening.
Overall, I am happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and would return if I am back to Ipoh.More
