We love our stay so much. All the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was nice ofcourse. And the food (we took the full board package) were so delicious especially the Singapore Laksa! Breakfast was good too.

And waking up to the view,mesmerizing!!

The only complaint was I took the Perakian package where it was promoted with late checkout at 2pm and even I reconfirmed on my check in, but when the day came they said they can only give us until 1pm because of sudden increase in booking. But well, that's ok. Just I feel that you should at least put some T&C maybe so we wont put our hopes high.

But other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. My parents even planned to come again for our next short getaway.

Me and my family of 5 stayed here for 1 night on our back to KL from up north. We booked the 3 bedrooms suite with the lake view.

There are many things to like about this resort. Firstly, the suite we stayed in was really impressive! Very spacious, beautifully furnished, good quality appliances, super comfortable beds, fast wifi and last but not least, the amazing view of the lake, limestone hills and the swimming pool. The 3 bedrooms suite includes 3 bathrooms; kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker plus complimentary soft drinks, snacks and tea/coffee mixes; living area with dining table, sofa, coffee table and a big screen smart TV with multiple cable channels. There’s another TV in the master bedroom.

The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Starting from the security guard at the entrance gate, to the team at The Cuisines and even the guy who look after the pony, they were all very helpful and made us feel welcome.

The resort has many facilities - a huge swimming pool that caters for both adults and children; jogging track around the lake, fully equipped gym, badminton and basketball courts, ping pong and also a spa. I used the gym and my wife went for the spa treatments and we were both happy with the experience.

We had great time at this resort and will certainly stay here again as a family. Perhaps one area which can be improved is the buffet breakfast. After all the 5 stars services, rooms and facilities, the buffet breakfast turned out to be quite average if compared to other 5 stars hotels.
