Service was good; staffs were warm and helpful.
Unfortunately, the hotel’s age really shows through its many cracks, chips, stains and faulty power sockets. Public area like the lounge and coffee house are clean but rooms are dirty. There was still soap residue on the soap dish when we got in the room, and the grouts were moldy. The carpets looked dirty too.
The pool is decent, with separate children and adult pool. Gym equipments are outdated but functioning.
Breakfast spread wasn’t much but at RM15 per head I think it was fair.
All in all, an okay stay but I wouldn’t come back unless the hotel gets a refurbishment or renovation.
